When you argue – don’t!

Too often we find ourselves locked into an argument with the people we care about the most. And generally we do so, in many cases, out of immense need to make them feel and understand our point of view. And too often the basis of our argument gets lost in the heat where our original emotions get scattered and blown away into the winds of our rage.

I wonder if we ever consider it in the moment58424fad3cede04f43d1d66357fe90f2--philosophical-thoughts-serious-quotes our mistake of taking ourselves and the people we love for granted and never holding back or measuring the words we spew out of our mouths.

I believe that we should discuss rather than argue. The concept of winning then gets converted into a mutually agreed conclusion that is almost always fruitful.

Because when we focus on a discussion we look for a solution or a specific cause to a problem. There is no me versus you, it’s always us.
